Clarity is a South African water and wastewater engineering company specialising in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of turnkey infrastructure solutions.
Since our establishment in 2010, we have grown into a trusted engineering partner for municipalities, consulting engineers, contractors and industrial clients across Southern Africa. What began as a focused installations business has evolved into a multi-disciplinary engineering company delivering complete mechanical, electrical, chemical and process solutions for critical water infrastructure.
Today, Clarity provides services to approximately 46 towns across all 9 provinces and continues to expand its operational footprint throughout the region.

Our Story
Our journey in the water industry began in 2007, driven by a passion for solving real infrastructure challenges and improving access to reliable water systems.
In 2010, Clarity was officially founded by CEO Renier Reis, whose commitment to quality workmanship, operational excellence and customer satisfaction laid the foundation for the company’s growth. Over the years, Clarity has successfully completed one project after another, earning a reputation for reliability, precision and professionalism.
In 2021, Mechanical Engineer Christiaan Lourens joined the leadership team, bringing extensive technical expertise and practical experience in water and wastewater treatment systems. Together, the leadership team has continued to expand Clarity’s capabilities, building a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary organisation focused on long-term infrastructure solutions.
